    As a new graduate, I joined in Goertek in 2012. Everything was new for me. At the beginning I felt unfamiliar with my job although my job was my major, acoustics. Fortunately, there was a training system for us. The one-on-one tutoring system and new staff training helped me understand the work pattern and culture here. I also knew much about product designing and so on. All of these helped me make a new future plan. Now, as an acoustics engineer, I not only take an active part in training activities, but I also share my experience with my team. In the process of training ,I grow up with my team together.
